Appliances from Camborne and St. Ives were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival there were found to be approximately 25 large bales of hay involved in the fire in an open barn. Fire personnel extinguished the fire using hosereels, the crews then proceeded to then turn over the remaining hay to check for hot spots.
