Crews from Liskeard and Lostwithiel were mobilised to this incident. On arrival there was found to be a fire in the bedroom of a terraced property, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hosereel, the positive pressure fan was then used to ventilate the property. An ambulance attended and treated a casualty for the effects of smoke inhilation.
