On receiving a call stating that a dog was trapped down a shaft, Fire Control mobilised resources from St. Austell and Bodmin to the incident. On arrival crews found that the dog was trapped 60 feet down in a shaft. Crews used specialist equipment to recover the dog and reunite it with its owner.
