At 19:04 the Critical Control Centre received a 999 call informing them of a car on fire in Lostwithiel.

Crews from Lostwithiel and Bodmin, supported by a wholetime officer, attended. On arrival, the car was confirmed to be on its side and on fire. Breathing apparatus and hosereel jets were used.

Police and Ambulance also attended. We have now left the scene, while Police remain on scene to continue their investigations.
