At 03;06 the Critical Control centre received a call to an electricity box on fire. Two Crews from St Austell Community Fire Station were mobilised along with a Wholetime officer. On arrival Two Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used c02 and dry powder extinguishers to put out the fire. Western Power also attended this incident, and worked along side fire crews to isolate the power supply.
