20 firefighters on five appliances from Mullion, St Keverne and Falmouth attended a call to a large are of heathland on fire on Goonhilly Downs. Firefighters tackled three seats of fire, beaters and hose reels were used to extinguish the fire which had covered approximately 130 hectares.
