The Critical Control Centre received a total of 28 calls to a fire in the open in Perranporth.
An appliance from Perranporth Community Fire Station used beaters to tackle the fire, which was covering an area of 10 squared metres.
The fire was extinguished before it had the chance to spread and no further resources were required.
