Dishwasher Fire

Three appliances from St Ives and Hayle attended a call to a dishwasher that had caught fire. The fire was in a ground floor utility of a three storey building measuring 20 x 40 metres. Firefighters reported that the utility was heavily smoke logged and crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a carbon dioxide extinguisher on the fire. There are no more details available on this incident.
