Two appliances and an officer attended a call to a van fire in Dunance Lane at 21:15 tonight. On arrival the crew confirmed there was a fire involving multiple vehicles that had spread to an out building measuring 8 x 4 meters. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two jets and a main hose to fight the flames.
A fire investigation will take place in the morning as the cause is believed to be arson.
