At 13:39 this afternoon the Critical Control Centre received an emergency call from the Ambulance, regarding a road traffic collision.

Appliances from Truro and the Rescue Tender from Tolvaddon were mobilised to the incident, along with a Wholetime Officer. On arrival, crews discovered a single vehicle that had collided with a lamp post.

Firefighters made the vehicle safe and liaised with Police and Ambulance on scene.
