On receipt of this call, appliances from Launceston and Bude were mobilised, on arrival crews found a smoldering fire in a barn measuring thirty by thirty metres, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two high pressure hosereel jets to extinguish the fire, crews assisted in removing bales of hay not affected while the area was damped down and hot spots were extinguished.
