Five Firefighters on one appliance from Tolvaddon attended a call to a chimney fire reported by a passer by. The occupant of the property was out on crews arrival, access to the property was gained to the first floor of the building using a short extension ladder. Firefighters extinguished the chimney fire using chimney rods and a bucket, a 13.5 metre ladder was used to access the top of the chimney. A thermal imaging camera was used to confirm the fire had been cleared.
