At 1420 Critical control received a 999 call from the Police stating they required our attendance at a road traffic collision in the White Cross Area. Appliances from Newquay, St Dennis, Bodmin & a wholetime flexi duty officer were mobilised. On arrival crews stated that a person was medically trapped after colliding with an electricity pylon. Crews extricated the casualty and handed them over to the ambulance service for further treatment. Western Power and also the police were in attendance. The incident was handed over to police. This is all the information we currently have at this time.
