Gorse Fire

Crews from Perranporth and Redruth attended this incident. On arrival the gorse was found to be burning on the cliff, Brigade personnel were not committed at the scene for safety reasons, the gorse was allowed to burn to a natural break and was then extinguished using beaters. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police and the Arson Task Force have been made aware and are dealing.
