One fire appliance from Looe Community Fire Station attended with Ambulance and Police, a car that was in a precarious position over a railway line, following a road traffic collision. The driver of the vehicle was already out and in care of Ambulance. Firefighters used a winch to remove the vehicle and make the scene safe.

Network Rail were informed of the incident and confirmed that no trains were running on the branch line between Liskeard and Looe at that time.
