House Fire

Stoke Climsland, East Cornwall at 02/08/2019 14:28

One fire appliance from Launceston and one fire appliance from Liskeard attended a report of smoke seen coming from an upstairs window. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the house to find that a cloth had been left on a hob that was accidentally left on.

It is important that you don't hang tea-towels or cloths on or over the cooker and don't put oven gloves down on the cooker after you've used them.
