On the initial call for this incident, crews from St. Columb were mobilised. On arrival further resources were requested and further appliances from St. Dennis and Bodmin were mobilised. Brigade personnel extinguished approximately five hectares of gorse and moorland using hosereels and beaters.
Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police and the Arson Task Force have been made aware and are dealing.
