At 07:26 Critical Control received a 999 call reporting smoke issuing from a car in a lay-by. One appliance from St Columb was immediately mobilised and on arrival the car was well-alight. Crews used 2 Breathing Apparatus and 2 Hose Reel Jets to extinguish the fire.
