Critical Control received a call to a property reporting an electrical box on fire. Three appliances from Torpoint, Liskeard and Looe and a Flexi Duty Officer were mobilised to this incident. On arrival there was smoke issuing from the roof space of a property which was in a terrace of three bungalows. Crews using three teams of breathing apparatus wearers, three hosereels and positive pressure ventilation fan extinguished the fire. All occupants were out of the properties prior to the arrival of the Fire Service and are now in the care of Cornwall Housing.
The fire is believed to be accidental and spread.
