Fire crews from Newquay and Perranporth Community Fire Stations and an Officer were mobilised to a property fire.
Crews quickly dealt with the fire by removing the source to open air and ventilated the property using a positive pressure ventilation fan.
One person has been left in the care of South West Ambulance.
The fire was confirmed as accidental.
