Two appliances from Mullion and two from Helston attended a 3 Ha gorse fire. The A3083 road south of Mullion was closed by police for a time due to smoke from the fire being dangerous for motorists. The fire was brought under control by 1235hrs and the last crews left the scene at 1335hrs.
