Gorse Fire
Burthallan Lane, St. Ives at 07/02/2006 19:24
Two crews from St. Ives were mobilised to this incident, on arrival the crew were faced with approximately 100 metres of high gorse, the fire was extinguished using beaters, a total of approximately one hectare of gorse was burnt. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police and the Arson Task Force have been made aware and are dealing.
