Appliances from Tolvaddon, Penzance, and Hayle responded to reports of a building fire.
On arrival a garage fire was discovered. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus sets used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. During the incident a request for the Helston Water Carrier was made to supplement water supplies.
This incident has been classed as accidental and confined.
