At 18:12 Critical Control received a 999 call from the occupant of a property stating that water was leaking from upstairs into their property and affecting their electrics.

One appliance from Penzance Community Fire Station attended the incident. On arrival crews located the burst water pipe and shut off the mains water and electrics. The crew then assisted with salvage before handing over to the occupier.
