At 0254 Critical Control received a call to a car on fire after a collision. Crews from Penzance and Tolvaddon were mobilised to the incident along with an Officer. On arrival the car was found to be well alight. Crews used breathing apparatus and 2 hosereels to extinguish the fire. Crews also confirmed that there was no one in the vehicle. There was however, damage to the road surface after the incident and the road was closed by Police.
