Critical Control were contacted by the Ambulance Service requesting assistance in gaining entry to a property where an elderly patient was injured and unable to move. One appliance from Saltash Community Fire Station was mobilised to assist paramedics on scene. Crews were able to gain entry to the property using a side window.
