@00.32 Critical Control received a call to a house fire. Two appliances from Penzance Community Fire Station were mobilised to the incident with an Officer and also supported by Hayle Emergency Services Community Station.
On arrival the first crew in attendance found there had been a small fire which had been extinguished. The other appliances were returned to their home stations to provide further fire cover if required.
Ambulance were requested as 4 persons were suffering smoke inhalation and are now in the care of South West Ambulance Service.
