Gorse Fire
Between Mount Hermon and Ruan Major at 16/02/2003 13:50
One crew from Mullion responded and found that one hectare of gorse was alight and that access was difficult. They requested an off road vehicle which also came from Mullion and the fire was extinguished by 1417hrs using beaters. 10 firefighters in total were in attendance.
