A390 nr Treburgie Water, Dobwalls at 16/02/2006 11:30

At 1130 the Fire Brigade were alerted by Ambulance to a road traffic accident on the A390 at Treburgie Water near the bridge. A crew from Liskeard Fire Station arrived on scene at 1145 and reported that 3 vehicles were involved, one of which was a lorry and one person was trapped. Crash rescue equipment was put to use and with the additional assistance of the Rescue Tender from Bodmin which arrived on scene at 1149, the trapped casualty was released at 1205. After making vehicles safe, both crews returned to their home stations.
