Appliances from Bude and the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised to this incident. On arrival there were found to be two vehicles involved, two casualties were released before the arrival of the Brigade, unfortunately there was a further casualty, who was pronounced deceased at the scene, crews continued to make all vehicles and the area safe. Devon & Cornwall Police then proceeded to fully investigate the accident scene. The other casualties were conveyed to hospital by ambulane. The appliance from Bude returned to station and were later mobilised back to the scene to extricate the deceased. Any further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police.
