After the initial call for this incident, appliances from Bodmin and Launceston were mobilised, on arrival the crews found two separate fire, each with a mile long front, further resources were requested and these came from Bodmin, Launceston and Lostwithiel, over thirty firefighters used beaters to extinguish the fires, crews were delayed for some time, the last appliance returned just after midnight. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police and The Arson Task Force have been informed and are dealing.
