Two appliances from Tolvaddon and a further one from Truro are currently on scene at a fire in a derelict building in Camborne. On arrival the crew confirmed smoke was issuing from the building and are currently using breathing apparatus and hose reels to fight the fire.

Update: 0830 . The fire is now limited to a small area within the building which the Firefighters are extinguishing. Crews will remain on scene for a further 30 minutes.

The cause is believed to be arson and the Police have been informed.
