New Portreath Road, junction to Porthtowan at 29/12/2020 13:10

On receipt of this call, one appliance and the rescue tender from Tolvaddon were mobilised with an Officer, on arrival there was found to be two vehicles involved, one person was trapped and crews used the winch to get better access to allow the casualty to be removed from the vehicle. South West Ambulance Service Trust were in attendance and treated other casualties at the scene, and then transferred one casualty to hospital. Devon & Cornwall Police were also in attendance and closed the road. Further details may be obtained from the Police.
