Appliances from Penzance and Helston along with a flexi-duty officer were mobilised to a smoke logged property in the above location.
Crews arrived and confirmed the ground floor to be heavily smoke logged and entered wearing breathing apparatus.
By 13:06 the fire had been extinguished.
One casualty was treated on scene by a co-responder for minor smoke inhalation.
Devon & Cornwall Police also attended to assist with traffic management.
