Critical Control received a call at 15:40 informing them of a fire within a residential property in Week St Mary.
In total, three appliances were mobilised. Two came from Bude, with assistance from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue's Holsworthy Appliance also. A wholetime officer also attended.
On arrival, crews confirmed the fire was contained to a Rayburn and Chimney within the property.
On scene also were South Western Ambulance Service who assessed the occupant of the address.
All resources have now returned to their home stations.
