One appliance and the L4P from Callington Fire Station and an appliance from Liskeard Fire Station were mobilised to an outbuilding used as a games room that was on fire. The building was of wood construction and measured 8m by 3m the fire had spread to the roof. The crew used four breathing apparatus, one hosereel and a light portal pump to extinguish the fire. Western Power were requested to isolate the underground supply to make the area safe.
The cause was accidental and spread to the roof.
