LPG tank leak

Appliances from St Columb, Wadebridge, Newquay and St Dennis attended a call to a large LPG tank measuring circa 3 m x 1 metre which was leaking. Firefighters were unable to stem the leak from the tank and remained on scene awaiting the arrival of gas engineers. The gas tank was around half full and firefighters covered the leaking tank with a mist of water until gas engineers had made the gas tank safe.
