At 02:00 Critical Control received a 999 call stating that a derelict building could be seen on fire, from the A39 Valley Truckle.

One appliance and the L4P from Delabole was mobilised, along with an appliance from Wadebridge and Wholetime Officer.

02:13 - Make pumps 3 for water, one appliance from Bodmin mobilised. Firefighters confirmed two tractors well alight, surrounded by large quantities of wood and pallets. Fire approx. 10 metres by 3 metres and 2.4 metres high. Firefighters are using two Breathing Apparatus, two Hose Reel Jets and one Main Jet.

02:32 - Make Water Carriers one and pumps 4. The Water Carrier from Liskeard and an appliance from Launceston were mobilised.

03:01 - Firefighters trying to stop spread to adjacent barn. Strong winds fanning fire and water shuttle in progress.
