Fire crews from St Dennis, St Columb and Newquay were mobilised to this incident. A passer-by called 999 to report he could see smoke in a property and could not raise the occupants. Critical Control immediately made it a persons reported incident and alerted Police and Ambulance.
On arrival the fire was located in the ground floor kitchen of a semi detached house approx 5m by 10m and very quickly all persons were accounted for. The firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hosereel to extinguish the fire and the incident was handed back to occupier.
