Crews from Bryher, Tresco and St Mary's are currently in attendance at an out of controlled bonfire which has spread to a large pile of waste and a shed.

The fire measures 10 metres by 5 metres. Crews are using two breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a main jet supplemented by a hydrant to fight the fire.

Update 18:35 - The fire is now out. This incident has been declared accidental and spread from a bonfire. Two sheds were completely destroyed and a third received partial damage.
