Two crews and a flexi duty officer from St Austell initially attended this incident.
On arrival the officer in charge made pumps 4 so further resources from Mevagissey, St Dennis, St Austell, Launceston and a second flexi duty officer were mobilised.
Two firefighters in breathing apparatus were committed to investigate and found the fire had been extinguished by the building's sprinkler system.
