One appliance from Liskeard Fire Station and the Rope Rescue Unit from Bodmin and a Tech Rescue Officer attended this incident.
Ambulance requested the assistance of the Fire Service to get an injured casualty back to a land ambulance. The 63 year old male had fallen and sustained a leg injury in some very rough terrain.
The crews assisted ambulance with the safe recovery of the casualty and carried him on a stretcher back to the Ambulance.
