At 20:59 Critical Control Centre received a call stating a smell of burning and alarms sounding within a property. On arrival the crews from Penzance Community Fire Station used breathing apparatus and hose reels. On further investigation with a Thermal Imaging Camera the fire was established to be out and the property ventilated using Positive Pressure Ventilation. Appliances from St Just & St Ives Community Fire Stations also assisted along with a wholetime officer.
