Appliances from St Austell, Mevagissey and Fowey Community Fire Stations along with a Wholetime Officer responded to a report of an alarm sounding and smoke issuing from a property. On arrival the crews discovered a chip pan that had been on fire and used Positive Pressure Ventilation to clear the smoke.
