Several calls were received for this incident, appliances from Truro and Tolvaddon attended, crews found a derelict building with two separate seats of fire, the building measuring 80 by 20 metres was heavily smokelogged, teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereel and main jets to extinguish the fires. Crews were delayed some considerable time venting the property of smoke. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police were in attendance and will be making further enquiries.
