Crews from Mullion, Falmouth, Wadebridge, Newquay and Liskeard along with two flexi-duty officers were mobilised to a smoke-logged room at a nursing home.
The initial attending crew discovered an electrical fire was out on their arrival and all oncoming resources were stood down.
