Derelict Hotel Fire
Tywarnhayle Road, Perranporth at 02/04/2006 23:48
Two fire appliances from Perranporth and one fire appliance from Truro attended. The fire was located on the ground floor of the three storey former hotel, measuring 10 metres by 5 metres. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hosereels to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera was used to detect for any fire spread.
Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
