Two appliances from Penzance were mobilised on receipt of this initial call, on arrival crews found the derelict detached dwelling well alight, teams of firefighters using jets extinguished the fire. Crews were delayed damping down, the last appliance returned home at approximately 2030 hours. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed and are dealing.
