Fire In Aircraft Hanger

Two pumping appliances from Bodmin and Wadebridge supported by a water carrier from Wadebridge and a flexi-duty officer were initially mobilised to reports of a fire inside an aircraft hanger.
On arrival, smoke was found to be issuing and a further appliance was requested from Bodmin.
In total 5 pumping appliances, 2 water carriers, 1 incident command unit, 1 operational support vehicle, 1 light 4x4 vehicle and 2 flexi-duty officers are on scene.
The crews are dealing with a fire inside an aircraft hanger containing four aircraft and an unknown quantity of aviation fuel.
