Chegwyns Hill, Foxhole, near St Austell at 18/04/2006 22:05
At 22:05 the brigade received a call to smoke issuing from the above address. Two appliances from St Dennis attended and found this to be a fire confined to the lounge of a domestic terraced bungalow. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel were used to extinguish the fire and a positive pressure ventilator was used to ventilate the property. Arson was suspected and Devon and Cornwall police have been informed and with fire officers are investigating the cause of the blaze.
